Life Groups

Life Groups are the primary environment for ongoing discipleship at Refresh. These trusted communities meet regularly in homes and other welcoming spaces to study Scripture, pray together, encourage one another, and build authentic relationships centered on Jesus.

Grow Cohorts are long-term, immersive discipleship experiences for those who desire intentional spiritual growth and leadership development. These small, same-gender cohorts journey together through Scripture, theology, spiritual practices, leadership development, and practical application over an extended period of time.
